I have a dispute with them for the signup. They say they only count wagering with the bonus but not the deposit.

However, after placing the 1200 euro bets, which is two times the rollover requirement, none of my bets are counted towards the wagering. This is due to additional deposit I made for claiming additional bonus. I asked the CS on chat before making additional deposit but they said it won't affect wagering on the first bonus, which is clearly not the case.

I have lost my first deposit. So without additional deposit, I should have completed the wagering long time ago.


But now with 900 euro in my account (my own money ) and bets limited to 2 digits, they have practically voided the signup bonus.

Do you think I get a point to get them to do some remedy?

do you have CS conversation archived? in this case, you will be fine.

in general, i would avoid using 10bet, although personally dont have major bad experience.

I also try to clear my bonus there but they limit me to 10% of max bet.
