Which one is better and easier for sending money to book?
I have never used moneygram

Both establishments are the same when it comes to sending funds (no difference in regards to easier IMO). The only real difference is that MG is cheaper with their fees.

Will most sportbooks wire you a payout using western union to the location of your choice? I live in Indiana and would like to have a payout sent to Windsor Canada.

In regards to payouts, MG is usually faster since they manage a lower volume of payouts and they release control number lists way faster than WU

Most books will certainly do accept that, the only thing you cannot change is the receiver name (you) unless you verify the id of that person by sending the copy of your ID and that other person's, that in the case that the sportsbook allows the last option.
