I think "B+" at this point. Still top 10% of books but I have heard too much for too long about payout delays and bouncing cheques to ignore it any more.
Fortunately for me I use Moneybookers and WSEX is okay with that -about 3 days for payouts. But I can't ignore some of the crap I've heard.
I have never found WSEX to be a great for its lines. Other than baseball, I can't be bothered with it much. However their baseball is really, really good.
B+.

Poor customer service. Am I concerned about the safety of my funds? Certainly.

I know you're not asking me but I can answer:
The only offshore book I would rate as A is Pinnacle.
I've played at WSEX for nearly a decade.

I will buy all your funds there for 80%.
Let me know if you are interested.

Do you own WSEX?
By the way the figure 80% is not the kind of confidence level I look for. I doubt you'd offer me 95% and that's the point.

Everyday I check this form 3-4 times, and all you read are countless people say they are not getting paid. This is getting really old, WSEX needs to just pay up now! WSEX is the most unprofessional book in the business for at least the last 4-6 months.

C/C+
If part of the grading criteria is fast payouts you can't
give them a higher grade.
On the other hand, they haven't stiffed any one. This
place is mind boggling.

80% represents my risk tolerance for you ripping me off. I know for a fact there is a 0% chance of WSEX ripping you off.
Look, I understand these payout delays suck. I listed in another thread why I believe WSEX should be downgraded. But it is what it is. You will get your money. I just got the last of 7 payouts requested in early dec/late nov.

Those are not comparable entities. (though I should point out many of us were short on them long before a year ago). Also, it's not like people that had investments accounts with those companies lost their money. The stockholders did, not the clients.
WSEX is not out investing your money in risky investments. The people behind this book are solid and the history here matters.
You don't like it, don't play there anymore. Assuming you've requested a withdrawal in the last 6 weeks you will have your money momentarily.
I'd have no issues with sending them 6 figures tomorrow.

Durito for your information I requested bank drafts roughly October 1st and November 1st. After waiting a month in each case WSEX admitted they had never been processed, and refunded the money to my account.
Currently I am waiting for a bank draft requested 3rd December.
Hard to understand the delays when according to the WSEX website all financial transactions are processed in London NW1 within walking distance from me.
If it wasn't for your assurances, and those of others, I would figure this book had cashflow problems. We've all seen it before.

You are in London?
Why don't you get neteller and get paid out today?

I request a $2,500 Neteller payout daily.
There is little chance of it arriving unless I nag WSEX accounts severely.
Then, sometimes they send me the $2,500. Just as often they tell me they have technical problems, and Neteller is off that day.
What conclusion would you draw?

That's not acceptable. I'd assumed you were in the USA where processing delays are understandable.
I'd file a complaint with SBR and PM poster WSEX. Perhaps my suggestion that they be downgraded to A was not enough. Maybe B.
I wouldn't worry about your funds. If it were someday to get to the point where they are no longer profitable, everyone will get paid before they close.

I have filed numerous complaints with SBR and contacted poster WSEX. With no effect.
Hence this thread.
How badly does one of SBR's main advertising books have to behave before SBR will downgrade it?

In today's environment, I still have to give WSEX a good grade. As stated, their is a lot of history behind the story and they have always did the right thing when it came to problematic issues that I was aware of. I'd say we are lucky to have them available to us.

WSEX is overated and I see too many other complaints from different Sports forums about payouts and how long customers have been waiting. You can't keep grading books from their past performances. In what way does that help the customer? You deposit fast but continue to get constant excuses on payouts. Never waited over 4 days for a payout with BetJam or Legendz by check.

Sure. But A+ next to pinnacle and greek/betjm just doesn't fit anymore.

General, I need WSEX to provide some archive trading reports to settle an account discrepancy. Do you think this is a reasonable request on my part, and would you expect a good book to provide them?

It's certainly reasonable.
Having requested stuff like this in the past many places, I would say no I would not expect you to get them.
I know of someone who had their account closed at the greek after asking for and not receiving such info.

What makes a book an A+ book....?
NOT having three threads dedicated to them about SLOW PAY!!!
And of course the posters know this but SBR doesn't seem to get it, it makes your ratings less significant when WSEX sticks around as an A+ book!!

I consider it a standard sportsbook service, as long as the customer is not being friviolous or time-wasting.
Pleased to say my reports arrived quite quickly after a phone-call and an email yesterday. I had been nagging them for months over it though.
