Hi

I'd like to hear at some opinion about how you feel that Customer Service Representatives have treated you on both sides, the outstanding service and the horrible service. And you could also give out some advice on how we, Customer Service representatives, could improve in the service given.

I will still keep the name of the company I work for in secret for loyalty to it.

I highly ecourage those CS reps looking at this to take this thread as personal growth so that we give the best of ourselves while doing our job.

Not at all big joe, I certainly am into the industry but not with BetUS, that people didn't even pay the 2 week "paid" training, good stuff I did not enrol with them, lol

Sorry but no sir, not with them for several reasons as I do like my job at CS, they are not a trustworthy company in regards to the job.
