    Exclamation Stryyke clears delinquent payouts

[SBRFORUM]Stryyke[/SBRFORUM] (not rated) clears delinquent payouts

Since SBR's initial report in November Stryyke has paid all nine players who have complained of payout delays. Delays ranged from one week to over a month. Player concern was high due to a lack of communication from the sportsbook and the withdrawals being requested through the book's main payout method, *******************, Moneybookers. Recent payout reports from December suggest Strykke was has improved processing over November. Stryyke blames being short-staffed for delays in December, which did not exceed 10 days.

"As we were not working with the full staff during the Christmas and New Years weeks, we couldn't process all payouts in a timely manner. Some customers unfortunately experienced delays with their payouts."

Great news. I am also waiting for a €350 withdrawal from Stryyke that I requested one week ago. I did not fill a complaint here on SRB yet. I will if they refuse to pay me. Hopefully I will get payed. I will keep you informed.

I didn't get the money yet...
I emailed them and they replied that they will proceed my payout soon...
10 days to complete a moneybookers transfer should be more than enough!

Will keep you posted about this issue...

May I ask you why don't you rate Stryyke? A D- or E would do perfectly... This would help other players.

Well... good news for me. After 2 weeks I finally got payed by Stryyke. It took some time, but they payed me.
I think that SBR did not take any part on this since I did not submit a complaint form.
