How much does it cost to send a cashier check to bookmaker?

Is it safe? Anyone know if they reimburse the fees? How long does it take for it arrive? Where do you buy these at ?

You buy cashiers checks at your bank, however I feel a wire would be the better way to go.

go to ** and buy money order, then send it to them, usually they reimburse all the cost back to your account.
