Payout by BetUs
There has been a LOT of criticism regarding BetUs and it appears rightfully so. I have a friend that has been fairly delayed in getting paid by them (although not as long as some here) and I was given the run around a number of times regarding payment.
But on Monday I requested a payout and I received the payout yesterday. The fees were high and I am not happy about that but at least I got my money and within a pretty good time frame.
By the way I received my money through MoneyGram.
So I figured if they are going to get blasted for being a pain when they are slow, then I should give them some credit when they get it mostly right. But the fees they charge are ridiculous.

I haven't read about any new payout delays from BetUS lately accept for the fact that they stopped processing payouts over the holidays.

Yeah, I checked out the payout section today and the $50 fee for a check is ridiculous. I also have a question though, I live in California, so will there be a problem when I try to cash my check from BetUs? Does the check say it's from BetUs or anything like that?
Thanks

Well thats good to hear that you got your money. Im with BetUS right now as well. I just started doing this online sportsbook thing a week ago (finally turned 18). Started out with 100 in my account. Im now up to a little over 600. Whats the deal with the payout fees on BetUs? My account manager was telling me it costs like 50 bucks to get a check sent to me.

Their fees are ridiculous! For a MoneyGram they charge $35 AND 6%!!! I am not sure what you guys think about those fees but I simply can't believe they think that is a good way to do business. But after the issue my friend has had, and reading about others, I was just happy to get some money from them.
I will continue to keep some money in there and closely monitor them, but most of my dough is going somewhere else.
I honestly believe you will get your money from them but it sure seems like they spend more time trying to come up with excuses to hold your money longer than you would like to. But hey, maybe they are figuring out that if deposits are not made because of a bad reputation they get hurt in the long run. Hopefully they fix this ridiculous withdrawal fee crap.

this is a dumb question but how were you able to deposit? I'm also new to this. Did you have to use a prepaid card or money transfer or something like that

The problem with BETUS is not sending money! They don't have a problem making it easy to get your money. I don't have a lot with them because they irritate the hell out of me but let me give you an example.
I sent them $1000 through MoneyGram. The fee was $13.95. They paid that fee. I withdrew a smaller amount than $1000 and they charged me $80!
Eighty fricken dollars to send me money through the SAME method I used to send them money! They charge a $35 fee for moneygram, which is outrageous to start with and then another 6% of the amount you are withdrawing!!
So I send them MORE money than I withdrew and yet they charge me $66.05 MORE to send me LESS money back. Just a ripoff.
I won't even get into the fees they charged my friend for a bankwire to the filipines. My god.

I have never used them, but once BETJAM charged me $65 to cash out by MG. I think these fees for cashing out are crazy, its just another way to keep your money.

BetUS has one good thing, idk if you guys think so, but any deposit payment qualifies for bonuses, liek all the other sportsbook u have to do a specific way of depositing to get the bonus, betus u can use credit cards to do it which is alot easier for me and get the bonus.
Idk about payout because i cant do it yet, but i was planning to do checking account payout, they said if your checking account has a swift number it can transfer it into it, idk the fee.

Have you had experiences with Bet US? Where are you at now and what do you think of it?

Sorry to hear about that. There's a good reason for the fees to be high tho. BetUS is located in Costa Rica, there's a high fee over here for person-to-person transactions since the biggest part of the gambling network is located here. Since gambling is considered an illegal activity in most countries they just decided to make it really hard to send money out of here just because they can't do nothing because the gambling site is not ruled by their laws. That's another reason why international mail sent from here is really expensive.

Im confused y everyone seems to get checks, they do direct deposit as long as you have a swift number for international bank wires which all u do is call ur bank and ask what it is. The fee is 2.5% of the amount your withdrawing. idk y u guys pay 50 when u dont have too...... unless u dont have a swift number.
but i havent withdrawn yet so im just saying but i do have an account with em.

I used Betus from August to November and was somewhat pleased with the experience. This was the first sportsbook I used and I was enticed by the supposed 50%. I deposited $500 and was bummed when I only recieved a 25% bonus. Nonetheless, I had a great experience as I turned my 500 into 3000. I then tried to withdraw 2500 and was shocked to find the $50 cost for sending a check. I have done online poker before and never experienced a payout costing more then $10. I then learned about first needing to fax my passport and credit card which I did, and about 2-3 weeks later I recieved a chech in the mail and had no issues depositing it. I then lost the remaining 500 in my account in early November.
I am thinking about getting back into sportsbetting and was about to deposit another 500 in Betus yesterday when I decided to search for reviews of the site and this website popped up. When I started reading the forums and what happened to other people, I feel REALLY lucky with how things turned out. THANKS SO MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO POSTS AND THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS SITE!!!
Although my experience with Betus was a slightly positive one, I am looking for another site in which to deposit money. I really liked how easy it was to deposit with a credit card at BEtus, how they offered lines on less popular sports (golf), and I loved their in-game betting. I was wondering if anyone had a good recommendation of a book that accepts US debit cards and offers in game betting?

Maybe BET-US should stop wasting all their money on calendars and mailings and especially on paying people to troll SBR and post bullshit reviews! Then they would not have to charge such high fees!

BetUS is great, wow what a book, Im not sure why people are knocking this incredible book b/c I've dealt with other books and they pale in comparison
For example I requested a 2000 payout from BetJam and they told me to go fuk myself we're stealin your money
I requested a 20000 payout from BetUS and they had a high class call girl deliver it in cash that afternoon and throw in the works free of charge
BTW Im not a paid shill of BetUS, this is just my experience with the company and all the 10000 ppl who have posted that BetUS is a total scambook that will slow/no pay you are all just jerks

What I am saying is true. After reading other peoples posts I do feel that I got really lucky and that Betus is probably a scam. And seriously, could someone recommend another site that accepts most us debit cards and offers in game betting. I tried to deposit with thegreek but my debit card wouldnt work. Any suggestions?

I can only hope its true cause I recently got back into sports betting and turned $250 into $1289 in 2 weeks.
I mainly joined this book because they offer up to 10 point spread buys for -795...which is uncanny and I use that a lot to be fairly safe when unsure about a bet. Also like the ingame betting (bodog preferred but it is nice).
The withdrawal process is what im going through now. Hopefully they withdraw my funds and they will see me again.
However, I really dont like the fact that it takes about 4 days just to be accepted for withdrawal...and within all that time, you can use your money even with the request in process...and if your even a penny short, you will be denied. Then its another 7-10 days waiting.
Well, my fingers are crossed.
