I have dealt with SIA for years and have had nothing but good, profitable experiences but some people report problems so I have no desire to charge to SIA's defense. My attitude is: whatever. If people want to avoid them, it is no skin off my nutsack.

The next step, it seems to me, is to call them back and continue that conversation that got cut off.
Sometimes payout just don't go smoothly and some of them unfortunately require more hassles and pestering than others. But I really think you can work this one out. It sounds like you were doing all the right things but then you just stopped.
