Default why isnt sbobet reviewd by SBR?

The hoops you have to jump through is not easy to get an account at either SBObet (Not Rated) or IBCbet (Not Rated). Now I will tell you what I've noticed is that some AsianLogics brand sites were often a couple of points (give or take) above SBObet.

Not sure what you're on about there mate.
I had no trouble at all getting an account at SBO.
Or are you referring to the problem for Americans?
Not been able to get at crack at IBC though and not prepared to use agents but don't think I'm really missing anything there.
188Bet is also a must to have for soccer.

ok. the answer is: sbo would get A+ rating as other ratings (compared to compeition) would be too low.
yet. SBO probably wouldnt consider advertizing on SBR, thus diminishing current sponsors relative rating.

and ... SBO and IBC would be of little interest to 80-90 odd percent of bettors here

SBO, 188bet, Pinnacle are only sportsbooks worth A+ rating.

still no reason not to rate them.

I didnt say it was king ... just stating the obviousness that if for some unknown reason SBR did decide to move towards rating the balance of Euro and Asian books that they don't presently cover, they'd moreso be likely to start with ones which cover/include US sports ahead of 'soccer' specialised ones

We looked rating them earlier. I thought they were going to go up at A-... but I guess it never happened.

A- would be a low starting point for them ... but it SHOULD happen Justin, as should Dafa/12, IBC and 188

A mix of both sir. I was referring to U.S. players having to jump through hoops to acquire an SBObet account as well as getting an agent for IBCbet.

In regards to 188bet (Not Rated). I did hear that they reduced their limits and bump the vig a bit when they decided to target the Euro market.

dan - its 12bet/dafa that shave 2 pips off the AHs to europeans and lower limits if you take the bonus with WR, not 188.

I also dont see any other rated book which has an exclusion of US players having any affect on their rating or on them achieving one so that cannot be why you continue to ignore SBO ...

IBC is only agent driven if you are not invited by them -- Heritage is also invite only, and yet they are rated, so again ignoring IBC makes no sense.

Only thing different is neither SBO or IBC advertise with SBR, whereas both Pinnacle and Heritage do, and Im not putting Heritage into the same 'class' as SBO/IBC/Pinny ...

SBO don't have any affiliate realtionships and they abviously aren't interested in advertising on SBR.

I there is no $ then there is no reason for SBR to review them.

market economy can produce "independent" ratings. it is good but cannot expect it to be perfect. still, i rate SBR an A-

c'mon SBR these are pretty poor excuses we are hearing. Get SBO and the other asians rated.

We will get them rated and get them in the rating guide in the next week. We do not rate a lot of books in Asia and areas we are not familiar with. But this one should be in there.

As for the argument we do not rate books without a business relationship, that's false. We have BetFair, Grande and most of the 900 books have no marketing relationship with the site.

I can't understand why so many posters are so keen to see certain books rated or up/downgraded and have to keep posting to that effect.

Obviously if you feel strongly about where a certain book should be rated you've already made up your own mind and will go with that?
What earthly difference is it going to make to you if SBR follow suit or not?

I wasn't really making that argument John, moreso that the alleged exclusion of IBC due to it being invite only made no sense given a lesser quality sponsor book with similar entry restrictions was rated nearly immediately

Not trying to be a dick but this is the url when I click on the betfair link on SBR.

    http://www.betfair.com/?clkID=18363_...C317&rfr=18363

You are a betfair affiliate - which is fine. SBO does not allow for such a relationship.
