Been with Carib over 10 years now and never had a payout issue with them until recently . My last 2 payout of $719 & $800. the checks bounced. The check for $719 bounced twice . Any other U.S. Players having this problem? Carib claims it is getting harder and harder to process payout to the U.S. which is not hard to believe . Unfortunately its is now a high risk for U.S. players getting burned here. Need a new book U.S. friendly, any suggestions ?

First off, Welcome to the SBRforum

Sorry to hear your checks from Carib (SBR Rated B) have bounced however, I'm sure it was just one of those bad batch of checks type situations but I'm not positive of that fact. Have they said when they will be reissuing you these payments yet? If you're in need of some assistance with this matter at anytime you can always feel free to fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.


In regards to finding another U.S. friendly book for you. Below are a few books that I feel comfortable recommending to you to play at and while your at it earn some extra rewards by becoming an SBRpro.

5Dimes (SBR Rated A+) is the flagship of the 5Dimes family of books and offers a wide selection of wagering options as well has some of the other things you are seeking.


Bookmaker (SBR Rated A+) is part of the Cris family of books and caters to both the professional and recreational players and also offers a wide selection of wagering options.


Bodog (SBR Rated A) is part of the Morris Mohawk Gaming Group and caters to the recreational players. If you're a dog better then Bodog is definitely a book you might want to check out.


BetIslands (SBR Rated B-) is independently owned and operated and run out of the jazz facilities in San Jose, Costa Rica. The use the DGS software and just recently added mobile gaming to their platform. Even though BetIslands is a rather new book it is run by a very well respected man within the industry for many years who has deep pockets and is always gracing his presence on the SBRforum to make sure his clients are being treated fairly by his staff.

All the books I've mentioned above are currently in good standing.

The $719 they put back in my betting account as i requested . Then the next week I cashout for $800 and that check bounced. They want me to redeposit it when i receive the return check from my bank.

I always considered and still do consider Carib to be a safe out. I cashed plenty of their checks without a problem through the years. LikeDan said they are probably just a bad batch of checks. My suggestions for other books would be 5Dimes or Heritage.

Things have change there. As security measures taken by there Cheque writers they no longer offer tracking numbers for fedex cashouts.
