    Default BWIN withdrawal problem

    Hello,

I am new here and I need your help.
I have 1650 euro in my bwin account so I requested a 1500 euro withdrawal (Moneybookers) on thursday. On friday they closed my account. I sent them an email and they said it is because of safety checks and they will contact me soon. Now it is monday and I didn't hear anything. Today I saw they deposited the money back (1500 euro) so I requested a new withdrawal.

I really like BWIN to play, that's why I left 150 euro in my account to play.

But 1500 euro is a lot of money for me so I want it asap.

    Thanks for your help,
    Nick

I suggest to call a bookie first via phone, before turning to SBR....it can solve issues very fast.
The email support of BWIN is very slow (can take days for them to answer), but they can be reached via phone nearly all day.

Also it's not a suprise, if you had an issue them on friday, that you haven't received an answer from them on monday -
    - as BWIN's financial (and security) departments are closed on weekends....

it happens with bwin but as long as your account is open you are safe. just request the payment again and it will probably be with you within 48 hours
