Betmaker wager disappears
I placed an offer that was accepted on the Bills +1.5 during the week. Then they opened another market for Bills +2.5 on Saturday. I placed another offer which was accepted. They graded the Bills +1.5 and the Bills +2.5 was still pending. A few hours later, the Bills +2.5 disappeared from my bets placed. Not cancelled, just disappeared. Thankfully, I saved my bet ticket as part of my record keeping.
Customer service told me that they created duplicate markets today so my bet may have been mistakenly deleted. They have still not credited my account hours later after I contacted them. Simply deleting wagers from someone's account is very shady.
