I tried to work out my complaint with DSI and finally had to file a complaint with SBR tonight.
I read the other thread here about the 300 for 300 so I called and asked if I was eligible and was put on hold. The clerk came back and said her supervisor approved the bonus so I got a person to person name to send funds to. When I called back with the deposit info the 2nd clerk confirmed that my 300 FP and the fees would be added in a few moments. An hour or so later I called looking for the bonus only to be told I was not getting it. I spoke to night supervisor Warner who I asked to play the tape and he could hear the bonus offer. I thought he did because he put me on hold but tonight I found out he didnt because he bitched to me because I emailed CS and told them he already heard the tape. He also complained that I spoke of the BAIT AND SWITCH here at SBR. He said I should have known I was not eligible because I didnt get an email. Thats the stupidest shit I have heard in a long time. I called to ask if I was eligible and was told YES by 2 different clerks. This is why I havent played at this family of books for a long time and have almost exclusively used 5dimes. Tony may be an arrogant ass sometimes but he always gives you what you are promised by his people and if its not right he will deal with them later. DSI/Bookmaker sales people call me at least a dozen times a week begging me for deposits and I guess they have to lie and Bait and Switch to get us to deposit. This is absolutely not acceptable and also not an isolated incedent if you check the forumns. I do think this book is a decent out but I strongly reccomend that you use your own money here and dont get mixed up in this bonus crap and lies here. I dont like bonuses and rollovers too much but I got 4 payouts over the last 10 days so I was gonna just grab the free 300 free play because I dont need a quick payout anyway. Bad idea. It was too good to be true. Anyway Warner promised that his boss would call me shortly because he wanted to talk to me but thats been a long time ago. Good thing I didnt hold my breath. At least we know they read these forums because he complained about my post. I also sent a PM to DSI Relations in the other thread but no answer either. COMPLAINT FILED and PLAYERS BEWARE. Dont accept bonuses at this book.

Well it took a few hours but Warner called back himself and is adding my bonus to my account. It took alot of emails and phone calls and filing a complaint but they did the right thing.The only bad part is that the 20x roll starts from today and none of my action from my deposit is going to count against my rollover. I can live with that even though its not fair. Thanks DSI for doing the right thing several days later.

This went on for days so I filed a complaint,made a thread,and a half hour later they called with my bonus. Glad they did the right thing but I should not have been put through all the crap to get what I was offered.

This site was good to me for about a year(bookmaker) when i made my second payout request. it took them about a week to process it and even then it still wasnt taken out of my account. then my account was hacked and all the money was gone; they said it had been used in the casino on blackjack. This was my first problem with
this""A+"" book and i have been loyal to them so i was expecting some back in hope they would componsate me seeing as though i wasnt the one playing and they were taking forever with my payout on there end. But no. I will never use this sportsbook again and would not refer any to them.

I see some problems here. Bet dsi and bookmaker is in the same family, right? and betcris too? right. Perhaps they realize how much they lose in sportsbonuses for several years. Now they want some money back I guess .
