All, please take my words for it and do not lay any bet on live-betting at Bookmaker.eu. Story shorted :

Today i BetEd on live game ORG vs CAL (4th quater) $400 on Orgegon -10 (1st bet went through) and 3 seconds later i made a bet of $400 on Under 21pts (2nd bet went through), so 4th quater started and oregon ran in for a touch-down (but wait, they was down at 3yrds line so no touch down yet) then i looked at my bet and it was canceled (the OREGON -10 was canceled but the UNDER 21 is still in pending), they returned the $400 back into my account. I was so pissed and called them on the phone and they keep transfered me to 3-4 people, all they said to me was "sorry i can't help you, i have to transfer you to wager department" "sorry, the wager department currently busy and call back later after the game has ended" so i told them i can't take this BS no more, i needed them to make my bet stand and un-canceled my bet, time has passed by for a good 3-4 minutes when i looked at the TV and saw that CALIFORNIA was 1st and 10 at the -35 yard line so the guy i was talking to (His name is KB ) told me that he will put my bet back to pending and all that BS, they're a bunch of f**cking cheaters, they tried to hold me on the phone until the CAL was at -35 yard line and made my bet stand, wtf is that? so i asked him why they canceled my bet at first and he said "due to the software glitches and they trying to fix it" i lost that $400 and i'll take it like a man, but i felt like Bookmaker.eu just ****** me over on the live betting and acting stupid. I beted on Oregon on 4 quater and i lost, so i dont want my money back, but i just want to warn all of you please have a 2nd thoughts when dealing with bookmaker.eu live-betting and their company.

Kaliboyz, I have spoken with KB in the past and he is quite reasonable.

He was being truthful when he indicated that the bet was canceled due to software glitches as I have had several bets that were canceled in error only to be put back as pending a few minutes later automatically.

Bookmaker is the one place that NEVER cheats customers and when a bet gets mistakenly canceled like that, it can only benefit you if you think it through.

You over-reacted when your bet got mistakenly canceled and you're over-reacting by starting this thread calling out Bookmaker for an honest mistake.

i'm not calling anyone out, just a lesson for other people to learn. "a smart man learns from his mistake, a wise man learns from a smart man's mistake" and this thread is not created to bash anyone, just a reminder to all of you to be careful when dealling with Bookmaker.eu live betting.

KALI, I replied to your thread solely to let you know that the same thing has happened to me (multiple times).

If it happens again in the future, just wait a couple of minutes and the bet that was mistakenly canceled will be placed back as pending.

bookmaker might be great for paying customers but everything else about them is total shite,

there was a tennis match last week cant remember who, bookmaker had one player @ 1.79 and 5dimes had the same played at 1.98

fukin rip off book, the odds are the worst in the industry.

Bookmaker does NOT do that.

I respected your opinion, so I want others to respect mine also this thread just a reminder for everyone, but if you feel like I'm bashing the book them please re-read my thread again and please have a second thought before you lay another dimes on live betting, no more for me!!! And yes bookmaker.eu does pay you and payout fast, just my own experience!!!

Well, let me re-phrase myself : If you bet on live betting at Bookmaker.eu please becareful to view your bets every single minutes because sometime they canceled your bet for no reason (their excuse: system glitches), and please save all your records to back yourself up when sh*t happen.

Calling a known software glitch, as they say, a honest mistake is nicely said.
And putting the bet up again when the chance that he looses it increased dramatically, is even better.

I don't think this is about cheating, it is just treating a customer like shit...that seems to be the problem here as far as i read.

This was my first problem with
this""A+"" book and i have been loyal to them so i was expecting some back in hope they would componsate me seeing as though i wasnt the one playing and they were taking forever with my payout on there end. But no. I will never use this sportsbook again and would not refer any to them.

Thanks Lou and the team for investigated regarding this matter with Bookmaker.eu, although the outcome is BS, but i have only 1 question to ask:

Book have the right to cancel my bet when winning percentage favor in my way, so can i call them and cancel my bet if the winning percentage favor in their way?
