Default Been trying to get my $2.5k from Sportsbook.com for 4 months.

So I have been trying to withdraw $2,500 that I won from www.sportsbook.com since June. I initially tried withdrawing it via wire transfer, which evidently failed because they were "missing" some kind of account/transfer number they needed from me, despite the fact I spoke to someone on the phone who told me everything was kosher.

So when that failed I requested a check. When that hasn't arrived 8 weeks later, I ask them where my check is. They say they have contacted their processor and are "waiting for the processor to get back to us". This wait never really ends after about 5 weeks and I notice that my $2.5k has been quietly deposited back in my online betting account.

They regularly assure me my money is coming and that I should stand by for an email (which never comes). If I don't have it by next week I'm filing a complaint with SBR.

    Hi Sir,

Sportsbook.com (SBR Rated D-) has had processing problems for many years now. If you haven't done it already please fill out a complaint form and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf.

Their processor issues are legendary. I just read a story about them from a while back where they paid a guy with a check written on a bank based in Beirut. Beirut!

I had played with them for a couple years now and I had always got my payments on time, of course that's when my payments were less than $800. It seems when it's $2.5k they really don't want to pay up.

I also never came to this site until recently when not having received my payment yet after 4 months, I've become desperate and slightly worried that I'll never get my money.

I began using www.sportsbook.com because the odds were best for the NHL playoff games that I bet on.

UPDATE: As of the 6 Oct, when I checked my account it says my 1875 EUR has been withdrawn, but it is not in my bank account. Maybe some type of miracle will take place and it'll be in my bank account next week. I highly, highly doubt it though.

Relax, they pay. I am not familiar with your case, but waiting 4 months to receive just $2.5 is ridiculous. Your idea that the size of your withdrawal has something to do with it is equally ridiculous. I have recieved very fast 5-figure cashouts from them in the past, but at other times they have had processor issues and the waits have been long.

Relax. They are not a highly rated book but they will pay you.

They had no problem sending me the $179 I requested in August. It arrived within 3 days. Do the math.

I did the math. $2,500 is pocket change to them.

Well, it's funny that my $179 came in 3 days and my "pocket change" $2.5k has yet to come after FOUR months. Must be a coincidence that the very small amount they were cool parting with, but not the much greater amount, huh?

I requested it the day after the Stanley Cup final (when I won) and now it's the next regular season and I don't have my money yet.

But other people are receiving much more in one quarter of the time (still too long). So while I don't know the specifics of your case, I do know that this is not typical and that it has nothing to do with the size of your small cashout.

Tried using wire transfer and check. The latter I tried twice. Right now I'm waiting on my second try at the wire transfer.

Read about Sportsbook stiffing players who won a lot on correlated parlays. If not for that incident, I believe they could attain a higher rating. They will never pay those players though, so I can't see their rating improving.

Less than 20% of the amount they stole from me was correlated parlays. They encouraged me to open accounts at several brands so I could process more CC deposits. I went on an insane 6 month heater and then they refused to pay saying I was abusing multiple accounts! I wasn't making the same bets across accounts. That wasn't even necessary back then since they would accept almost any bet amount via manager approval.

I never had a problem with sportsbook.com 2 years ago when I found I could wager blackjack online I took advantage and won $1100 from sportsbook.com. They pay faster and better than any book maker I know. Unlike BETUS, Sports Interaction, and my favorite BETONLINE who never pay and always have you waiting for a week so I would cancel my withdrawl re-up at SPORTSBOOK.COM make a guareentee bet and ARB my amount out of those other sportsbooks.

But really I'm tired of online betting I want to be in Vegas doing it everyday and receiving cash on hand instead of the bullshit you have to deal with at online sportsbooks.

    Wow, that's even worse.

It really seems like Sportsbook is trying to improve their reputation, but as long as they don't take care of all of this past thievery I don't see SBR ever raising their rating. And I don't think they should.

When i first signed up for sportsbook a couple years ago, it was because it was the most professional looking site, and claimed to be the largest for the u.s. and the only one that would accept a CC deposit. all the other sites just looked scary to me, like a 5 year old had put it up. 5dimes scared the crap out of me when i first saw it
I'm just a recreational player though.
