Please help. I requested a withdrawal for over 3200 over 3 weeks ago. The payment was processed and the representative claims that it was sent. It has been over 12 days and I still have yet received anything from them.

I spoke with almost every single representative including the supervisor by the name "Rick Knight." Even Rick is giving me the run around, stating that he has contacted the payment department and they will get back to me. After 2 days of waiting, there was no result. In his own words, Rick said "We are hoping to do something about this."

I seriously think that they are trying not to pay up. What does Rick mean by hoping to do something about this? I cashed out and did not receive the funds. They have to do something about it, not hope to. With that being said, I have submitted my bank statement to Rick already. He said that he will get back to me as soon as possible. After a while, I contacted Rick again, but just to find out he is gone for the day.

I have waited a whole week for an answer from Sportsbetting, but they are still giving me the run around. Every single time I asked them for an update on the case, this is what they said:

UPDATE: Okay now the funds are reversed back into my Sportsbetting acount. The representative explained that the payment bank had some issues and did not effectively transfer the funds into my account. The asked me to resubmit the transfer.

I feel like they are just giving me the run around. If anyone here has experienced this problem before please share your story. Thank you.

had the same problem. you will likely now receive a message (if you haven't already) telling you to feel free to request the withdrawal again and that it will be "prioritized." don't let that get you excited....you'll get paid but it may still take several weeks from your new reques datet...i received mine (finally) about two weeks ago after re-submittng my withdrawal request on 8/19 (original request made 7/13, funds were recredited to my account on 8/19 at which point i resubmitted the request).

after 7 years of betting with them (no problems getting paid eventually but getting paid in a reasonable time in most cases was a different story). Recently changed over to bookmaker and received my first withdrawal request in 4 days by check. couldn't be happier with them so far...
