ended 2-2 and 55 Euro credited to my account.Today I log in to my account and i saw that instead of 55 euro existed 14.At the account status wrote "original bet at 9 / 2 draw was 2 mins after goal" and they had changed my bet from 5,50 to 1.44.
I called them and told me that my bet was placed after the 2-2.This is almost impossible because i made the bet directly after of the 2-1 in order to cover it.But even if this became,the odds was 5,50,i bet at those odds,they accepted the bet,i won,they cretited my account with the money i won,how can they change this one day after?If I'd bet a game at home win and after the game ends and tie i say,"sorry I was wrong I wanted to bet the draw Give me my money back" will they do it??

my point is that YOU may have been watching a delayed telecast

you need to determine the exact time the goal was scored and compare that with the timestamp on your bet if you wish to pursue the matter

livescore sites are notoriously slow in my experience - I certainly wouldn't be live betting on the basis of their scores

unless you can come up with evidence to prove the bet was placed before the goal was scored you haven't got much of a case to argue

If you placed the bet after the goal was scored, you are screwed. They are going to say it was a bad line, which it was if the game was 2-2 at the 87 minute mark at odds of 5.5...but fill out an sbr complaint form and allow sbr to investigate for you

If bet365 were offering 5.5 the draw while the score was 2-2 with less than 10 minutes to play
however small the match was they would have fielded many many bets





As they are a firm with very low limits this is very difficult to believe, and in any case they will have software to monitor their liabiltys as well.


So it very probable that the following has occurred
the OP was not 2 minutes late, but maybe only a few seconds with bet365 exaggerating the timescale to strengthen their case


In any case they have laid the bet inplay whether the score was 2-1 or 2-2 the should pay the man, if a punter makes a mistake he has to pay, the bookmakers have plenty of software available to monitor betting patterns and protect themselves, if they make a mistake they too should have to pay

if I remember right, the game started around 22.05 your time ... Zurich scored their last goal in min 79, which means around 23.39 (if you add some additional time for first half, it could be around 23.41), so StanJames made a mistake accepting your bet at 23.43

bad line bets are always accepted but subject to later cancellation wherever you bet

I just tried to place a bet with the 14,44 euros that they have return to my account and they told me "We are sorry but you are not allowed to place a bet,please contact the customers service"

The stealing of the money from my account was not enough for them,but now they suspended the account.
And they have a B rating,right?
If they have a B rating,i wonder,the others that have ratings such as D or E or F come to your house and shoot you if you win a bet?

It looks to me that they believe that the bet you placed was a late bet and that the equalizer had been scored before you placed your bet - and as a result have likely decided (rightly or wrongly) that you are a shot-taker and have cut your limits/suspended your account.

Did you contact them like the message said and ask exactly why you are unable to place a bet with them ?

The other thing is that its a bit off waiting till the next day to adjust the bet - if they were trading this game live, then they should have seen the bet(s) come through and if they considered it a late bet then they should have voided it within a few mins at most of being struck.

Having said that, in usual late-bet instances the book will just fully void the bet completely, so the fact that they have decided to pay you out something, even at the supposed correct line for the Draw at that stage of the game might be what caused the delay as they might have had to run the adjustments through the manager during daytime office hours rather than the night watch.

I dont necessarily agree with the practice of adjusting the odds on a bet after the fact (late bet or not), but like I say - at least you got some profit in return instead of the whole bet just being voided and stake returned.
