Ok I did some research and I learned that the book requesting credit cards, id and various documents is normal. Anyway I have spent over 10 days faxing and scanning random crap each time I send a fax I am told I need something else.

Anyway I finally got everything they needed and I asked to withdraw 1,100$ via bank wire. I did this on monday and the rep told me no problem 7-10 days max.

Im on vacation now and I went to check my balance and I saw that its all still in my account wtf? Anyway so I went to live chat and the idiot on live chat is now telling me NO payments are being processed until after january 5th because of xmas and newyears? Wtf the stock market is open and so is my bank so this isnt a good excuse, my rep told me it would be less then 7-10.

Maybe im not out of luck here but I cant seem to be able to reach them on the phone from my hotel room.

Someone please give me some advice on this as im really frustrated.

Also I dont have time to put up with this bs, it takes 2 seconds to deposit into betus but seems impossible to withdraw. Does anyone recommend another book I mostly just bet on MMA.

To be honest with you sir, I kinda doubt it. I base that on the 10 day processing clause they have stated on their website.

I remember a few years back when Betus.com had the Playtech Poker Software I won some small Money on a Poker freeroll..Built it up a bit and had to Deposit Some MOney to get that poker Money out of My Account...Anyways to make a long story Short it took 2 Months to recieve my First Payout and that was it for me
