Great CS and the sportsbook is solid, BUT, If anyone is looking to sign up and play horses, this is not the place to go. Low limits, no pick 3's or pick 4's and the worst part is they cut off races well before the gates open. Just a heads up for fellow horse players. In my experience 5dimes when it comes to horses is BY FAR the place to play for US customers.

Hi Laz,

I respect your feedback earlier in the year I mentioned that our focus for 2011 would be to create an infrastructure based on solid CS , payouts and sportsbook offerings which I think we have accomplished.

The book mentioned above 5dimes is a great book and their racebook as well , we have added tracks and have been upgrading regularly but still not were a bettor that enjoy horses more than sports would feel 100% satisfied.

Right now our horses and casino are considered exotics and our focus is the sportsbook and these are things that are mentioned to all horse players from the get go.

I apologize for any hassle as a side note we will be adding a small rebate system for all horse players weekly.

Within the first period of the new year we will be upgrading our racebook entirely.

Thanks for responding, Jon, is the rebate you're referring to the 2% daily? That's what I've been receiving. If so, I hope in the new year that can get bumped up a bit. As I also stated, your CS department is second to none and other than the issues I brought up with the racebook, BI is a very solid shop.
