On all sportsbook i think i go up and down. this is odd i got offered bonuses the last 2 times i deposited at JustBet lost both those deposits. i got emails and calls about getting a bonus. I asked to reload to get the same deal and the guy tells me that i'm ahead of the book so i cant get a bonus. So why did i get the bonus the last 2 times and why they calling me about a bonus then? then they say i'm up 4500 with them and ive been playing with them a long time and cant say if that is true but i don't remember withdrawing from then anytime recently. then they tell me i withdrew in 2009. Seriously.

Frank helped me out today and cleared up the issue, I was offered the bonus since I was inactive the last 2 deposits. But ya he said I withdrew 7000 over the years and last one was 1500 in 2009. Guess I'll just wait till they offer something to me again. Heck I'd think they want to do it now since I'm on a losing streak. This is my final attempt to get this bonus. I feel that I have been treated unfairly and that Justbet should honor their advertisement of 100% bonus. I was not aware that I was not going to get the bonus. No one on the staff informed me of such before I deposited and you guys had no issues taking my deposit. Had I known, I would of not deposited. I have wagered every single day for the last 3-4 weeks and based on my wagering history I am by no means a sharp. I was told to keep on playing and would eventually get this but I have not. I'm pretty sure I've wagered at least $4,000 at $25-$50 a bet. In addition, I don't think judging a gambler by their last name is a good way to do business. I've honored my part and have wagered quite a bit as a recreational player, please honor Justbet's.
