Used moneypacks. No getting them back. Gave them $1000s worth over 2 yrs. All the sudden my last 3 are no good (from last week). They wanted a new withdrawal card scanned and emailed to them after they had my ******** canceled by sending $2500 over 18 payments in the span of 2 days during NBA playoffs.
They were good dealing in the low $100s. Now they are thieves like so many others. Just wish we could have ONE book not ran by thieves.

We asked you for receipts so we could present them to our processor, you refused. Nothing more we can do here. If your control number is invalid we have no other choice then to assume that the deposit is no good.

Nothing more I can do to help you if you aren't willing to produce a receipt on your mp purchase. Our rules clearly state that all receipts must be kept and presented in the event that we have an invalid deposit.

Get us the receipts, or get sbr the receipts and we'll gladly getbto the bottom of this.

BigDaddy, you have a valid point. OP never should have had his acct credited if the #s were wrong. It is sorta automatic with moneypaks, they are either good or not

I don't have the MP reciepts. My bad.....sent you 100s of them over the last 2 yrs. Didn't see this coming.

Why complain to SBR?? Do they own RebateWager? Just want the few people that will listen to know for they're own sake.

FYI: Account was closed within 10mins of emailing my DC for withdrawals tomorrow for what they are calling "fake deposits" made a week ago.
We all know these MP are processed immediatly. Isn't that the point in MP as deposit method vs. CC??

I once had a glitch with a person to person account transfer. It was not at RW and it was settled rather quickly. The point is this...for any deposit say over 200 or so. Always at least take a digital picture of the receipt, card, or whatever. Documenting this stuff yourself is tedious but does protect you. Memory and disk storage is cheap....put it all on a usb stick and put it in a safe if you are paranoid about keeping it on a laptop.

I never kept receipts after the book credited them til I had a problem once. Now I keep most things but it is common to not keep them once you see it "work"
