Initial feedback from users of new sportsbook Evebet (not rated) negative

Players report poor customer service and an inability to engage in communication with the sportsbook. The most recent complaint comes from a player who wagered on a Mexican basketball game. Evebet canceled the player's bet one day after it won without explanation and has not replied to requests for details on why the bet was voided.

Dear Bill Dozer, I was advised to mail you about this case. I was betting with evebet.com less than 2 months. I would like you to know that their services are really the poorest I have ever met. Too much problems with withdrawals and stake dessisions. But real problem is that 5 days ago they locked my account and my $5100. They told me that I have some problems with CC but I have never used any CC with them only moneybookers. then I mailed to moneybookers and they checked my account and everything was normal with it. they mailed to evebet and explained them that there was no any problems with my account after what evebet mailed us that they will unlock my account as soon as possible. 2 days passed and account is still locked I can see my money in balance line but I can't withdraw or make any bets

evebet is a pure scam shit, shame of the industry.

Not sure they are out and out scammers tbh, just a bit clueless on what are expected sportsbook operating norms. Bit of a wobbly difefrence there perhaps, but what I'm saying is they do pay up - I staked almost $100k with them, and had maybe 20ish withdrawals total. Always in my moneybookers the next day (and they do withdrawals at a fixed time of the day, so sometimes just a few hours).

Of course, when I say "expected sportsbook norms", should say what they did to me: voided a bet just because the odds moved a bundle, and they were slow to follow....... (although jazz were the same).


Wouldn't touch them with a 100foot bargepole now........
