hello friends!!Do not opennew accounts with them//// my story is bad!!i opened an account nearlu in september month before posts like Teddy KGB and others. i have no time to withdrawal my balance (1520 euro)during last month a nd when i tried to withdrawal yesterday i can only see -member locked-when i asked them what is going om -i deposited through moneybookers and wantd withdrawal to the same mb account they answered me in livechat that moneybookers called them and advise to suspend account my in evebet -because i made fraud transactions!!!!!!!!BUT i did not do anythig wrong or unfair with my mb account and i could and can now use my mb account for transactions- i deposited to unibet admiralbet betoto betway ladbrokes and others 10-15 books and now and in the past everything is ok!!!!!!

Better contact Moneybookers. They will be able to answer your concerns whether or not they requested evebet to suspend your account. And next time, you might want to consider joining a reputable bookies for this not to happen. If you are not yet a member of 12BET, Mansion88 or 188BET, you might consider checking them out.

Yesterday i received email from moneybookers where they tell me that EVERETHING IS OK WITH MY MB ACCOUNT-and now i dont know what have i do-as i understand the situation moneybookers .com must froze all accounts that evebet .com using in mb sistem to receive deposits!!!!!!!
now they (evebet0do not even answering in chat or via mail!!

DO NO DEPOSIT FRIENDS TO THIS BASTARDS

I was interested with them when I first heard their site. So I visited and seen that the website looks great. But, everything changed when I had a chat session with their CS. So damn stupid, could not answer my questions well. Lucky for me that I did not register at evebet.

Hopefully your problem will be solved the soonest and be able to get your money and start betting somewhere else.

Statement
Accourding to the topic on the Internet, someone said that we locked his account without any reason, and his account has 5100 USD balance. Among the locked accounts, we didn't find out the amount he refered to. Following is the screenshot of the USD accounts which were locked in our company.
1. The accounts which were locked is 16, which total amount is 4,596 USD.
2.About this topic said we have bad customer service.
Our company have a large cs team. We have services with multiple languages. There are 14 service lines,7×24 online. We also have free-line 400. Besides, we are avaible on live chat and email at any time.
Recenty, we found out that there is someone click live chat for more than 10 times at the same time on purpose. That's to say, other clients have to wait for a long time. That's why, sometimes, clients think we are unavaible or we have bad service.
3. About DC
We never lock bebit card. The accounts we locked are all use CC,to be exact,it's non-3D CC which doesn't need password. So there are large amout of fraudulent transactions. We keep both the emails and transaction ID from payment companies.

Evebet paid out 1000 EUR from my 2954 EUR balance to my friends's moneybookers account ( I don't have). But i am not satisfied, because I deposited only 500 EUR with ***, So why did they send only 1000, instead of 2454, and of course I never used any fraudulent card or anything, they know it very well, but they just don't want to unlock me.... And I'm waiting since 2 months... and they just promise and promise that "your money it's ok.we will sent to you"

Most customers of Evebet are from Asia.
I haven't seen massive complaints to this bookies.
It doesn't look like a shady operator but it's worse than SBOBet, 12bet, 188bet, mansion88.

It looks like the time as come when Evebet finally go bust.

Limited me to £300 a bet (was £1000)
No one answering the livechat (always answered within 1 minute)
Payout still being processed after 1 week (always the next morning except weekends)
No email reply (replied within 2 days)

Ive tried to get my money out from the start of December but with their extended christmas holiday and my holiday before christmas ive not got it out.

I got paid the day they returned but nothing since as anyone been paid from 9th Jan?

They limit anyone who has some success, from 5k to 1k, to 500, to 300, to 100.

Not quite sure what they thought they were doing tbh - offering as low as 5c juice, but with rubbish linesmanship.

If you remember i posted a reply to a Evebet thread saying they limited me to £200 a bet but a week after my limits was back at £1,000. Anyway im back down to £300 now.

I have received a payout today via Moneybookers (yes its Sunday)
I got a message in my account saying they needed to fund there Moneybookers account. I managed to get through to them through the feedback section on the livechat box. Livechat still isnt working properly, when you are finally connected you get cut off straight away when they say "How can i help you"

Have to say, I never had an issue being paid here, maybe 30-40 separate payments totalling about $60k in november/december.

Still wouldn't touch them with a bargepole now though (even if they hadn't limited me to max stakes 100GBP!)

I received my withdrawal for today and noticed my withdrawal was only £985. So i log in to my account and find this message:

What the f*ck is that about. Its not my fault they have to send me the money from a different currency account. Just another reason why these wont last.

The email its come from is evebet2008@ which is a different address they normally use.

Hey Juice!

Any update on your case?

If your book is saying that they blocked your account for withdrawal etc because of fraud case, c'mon its been how many months now and not yet resolved? Why not contact moneybookers and check with them if they could provide you a letter clearing that you don't have any fraudulent case with them if that is the problem of your book?

They are now ripping off customers who use GBP. It looks like the Moneybookers account they use for GBP is empty and they are paying us from another currency Moneybookers account, which at no fault to the customer is getting charged £15 for every £1000 withdrawed. Why should the customer pay because they have no funds in there GBP Moneybookers account. Just another black tick goes against there name. I cant wait to get out, slowly getting there.

They are still up to there tricks. I placed a bet with them on Monday for a weekend game and they voided it on Wednesday. They have also stopped paying out again. It looks like they pick and choose the days they want to pay people.

I'm surprised your still playing with Evebet after reading about all the problems players have been having with them over the course of the last few months sir. This book is definitely on the avoid list IMO.
