I was log into my account today and saw over 1k was missing. I chat with cs service and they say technical with new system.
My account was -105 and last week they just show up with -110. Problem was fix then.
But today this problem they say will take couple hrs.
here's the chat I got with cs.

WT: It was over 3k yesterday
Sylvia Ramos: yes, we had a technical situation with the new system
WT: wow this it really bad

WT: so I can't bet anything tonight?
Sylvia Ramos: not that much... is just a technical problem, no data is missing or anything like that
Sylvia Ramos: as long you have a balance in your account available it won't be a problem...
WT: well it only show $785
WT: I bet over 800 tonight will not possible then
Sylvia Ramos: those you can use without a problem...
WT: and I'll not feel safe to bet it right now

It's not the first glitch with the transition. I'm missing a lot more than you right now, but I really do expect it to be fixed by the morning. Shit happens.

Did they give any notification to the players either via e-mail or on their website prior to it happening?

If not, they are a SBR sponser so they could do no wrong. Maybe SBR will bump them up a notch for good measure.

Been a few times like this. From my account, it looks like they lose track of previous end week balance. Once it's restored all is fine, no bets are lost etc.

Their previous software did weird things with my balance a couple of times but it always resolved properly.

the amount on my account show was the same amount $ that I won last week. Wonder if every else show the same???

It's fixed. Not like this hasn't happened other places (5dimes).
