I played with them before,
not a great book. Not bad, but not great.
Goddam they call a lot. Just received an 8th call this week.
They're trying some pressure sales techniques and it's become classless and annoying.
Just thought I would share.

Hey Sharky: It appears that you guys have made some changes to your free play rules without telling anyone. Could you explain what types of bets I can use my free plays on? It used to be no moneylines, among other restrictions. But the only restriction stated in the rules, as of today, is straight bets only. I called a couple of weeks ago, after setting up a tennis bet using a free play, and the customer service rep told me that anything the software accepts is good to go - acceptable for free plays. Since then, I have tested the software, and it will accept a free bet on anything -- even football moneylines (which were against the rules the last time I looked). Right now, I am afraid to place any freeplays, worried that I might be breaking some rule. Two days ago, I sent a e-mail asking for an explanation of the new rules, and have not received a response. I don't want to break any rules, and I don't want to be in the position of winning a free play that you guys want to void. I don't like bothering you with this, but customer service seems to be a little slow, and I have been sitting on a bunch of freeplay money wondering what I can put it on!

When they call, ask them abt the "special casino" reserved for casino bonus play. Ask them why they would need a separate casino for casino bonuses? Why wouldn't they just allow players to to clear that bonus in the regular casino software? hmmmmm lolol I bet SBR might even know the answer to that question.

I played there and I think Kat is referring to the fact that there are 2 casinos. One for regular casino play and one set aside for people with casino bonuses that need to be rolled over. I wondered the same thing. Why the need for 2 casinos? It seemed also the software was different for both places.

Not trying to be unfair here. Take a moment and look at your site. You will see two options to play in the casino. One is for regular casino play and the other is for if you are working on a specific casino bonus. Now I am assuming you are familiar with your website offerings? Why the need for 2 casinos? I know the answer I think, just wondering if a rep on here would admit to it.

Sharky is a good guy far as I can tell. I think he probably knows why there are 2 casinos (its not for the reasons stated above). SBR has been made aware of why they have 2 casinos also. Justbet is a good site for rec players. Vanilla lines and will limit and delay sharp players. If you play there--just avoid the special bonus casino and you will be fine.

Well that was a good run, an entire week.
Then some douchebag named Powers who claims to be my 'VIP account manager' tries to hit me up by leaving a voice mail.
I tried to call him back, but claimed he was in a meeting.
I left a message saying to lose the phone number altogether.
They said 'they'll leave a note.'
Hey Sharki, do you want to take control of this one?
I've got my money where I want it.
I sure as hell am not gonna reward Justbet's harassment with a deposit at this point.
