This sportsbook, in last months, is ridiculous

They sent message mail promotions to customers, offering good a lot bonus, but not credit

I receveid one mail promotion BONUS MOBILE, speaking:

"Make one bet with your mobile, and win one bonus similar value, until 100usd"

Only this say there in mail promotion

Ok... I make bets, more than one, I not have any promotion open there in this moment, all ended, closed

Then, after I make my last bet there, of 100usd, she still was pending, I try to place my code bonus mobile there in my account, and not received my bonus until now! This is ridiculous

In OFFERS AVAILABLE, after I make my last bet there, my bonus mobile is with color GREEN (this color is equal: offer available), and above this say: you already have made all conditions to received this bonus, place your code and win

Ok... I place my code, and not received nothing

Then, minutes after this, I lost this my last bet

And, for my surprise, in OFFER AVAILABLE, my offer bonus mobile was with other color: RED (this color is equal: offer unavailable), and above this say: you still not have made all conditions to received this bonus

Bet365 (SBR Rated A-) has been known to close players accounts rather prematurely from time to time so I can't say I'm surprised by their actions in regards to this type of issue. LoL!I never had any payout problem with them,for years now.They have the fastest responce,especially when withdraw via MB,but and with CC i have my money in 2 days ,sometimes 1 day.As i know none European had any payout issue.
