i don't blame you for being angry , 7-10 days seems crazy for a wu, but they do clearly state that in there withdrawal section, for that reason i have always stayed a way from them, as far as the ratings go i have no idea how they work, why a book like abc islands isn't an A i don't know. But SBR ratings are as close to unbiased as it gets, go to covers and look at there ratings , they have beted #1, logans#2 betus, sportingbet , all in the top ten

Did you complete your rollover for a bonus or was there another issue?I have never had that long of a payout with mg/wu with bookmaker/dsi.I would contact a supervisor or someone in charge.
That sounds really long for bookmaker.

I just got off the phone with the wonderful customer service agents they have.He informed me that it may not take 7-10 days,but that it may.This is retarted that they charge you a $75 fee andddddd it may take up to 10 buisness days to get your money.Western union is a thing that takes minutes to transfer money.I asked the guy why it may take up to 10 days and all he can say is "thats the policy sir" and i said "why"???....and he says "thats the policy sir".........WHAT A RETARTED BOOK IF YOUR LOOKING TO GET YOUR MONEY AS QUICKLY AS THEY DEBIT FROM YOUR CARD.THIS BOOK SHOULD BE A "C" RATING.....WOULD SOMEONE AT SBR PLEASE INFORM ME AS TO WHERE THEY GET AN "A+"........THATS NOT RIGHT!

It states that on there page. I would never use them or any of the other books that state that it may take 7-10 days to get a payout via western union. By the way, they are not the only so-called A+ book that state that it may take that long for such a transaction.

Did you speak with a supervisor ? clerks rarely have any more than rudimentary knowledge and pull on any situation.
I have been with cris[bookmaker,dsi} for years and never had to wait that long for wu/moneygram.There may be a rollover issue.

When it comes to taking a real bet, not limiting/delaying winners (except for betpoints), paying out large amounts of money, and not screwing you over, bookmaker is the only US-facing book that passes. In the face of that, everything they do wrong- epic piss-poor CS, out of date info, and rape-level fees- just doesn't matter. Every pro has to play there. It's possible that no US-facing book deserves A+, but bookmaker has to be at the top of any US-facing list just on those factors.

BookMaker is no more speical then any other who is at least average like Bodog now so that's garbage... The prices blow, they are now having payout issues, along with other complaints...
Also your info. is out of date because they apparently do collar now and pros that play at -110 books with high fees and payout delays are out of their mind... Don't make it sound like they are the only ones that pay...

DSI has been collaring, not bookmaker. Bookmaker has sent me wires in under a week and book transfers the same day. Sorry somebody's waiting 7 days for MG/WU (which is stupid, I'll agree), but pros don't get MG/WU from there or give a crap about a 1-day vs 7-day $2500ish payout in general. I'd be pretty surprised if any pro who posts here doesn't have a cris-affiliated account.

Not to be rude or anything, but you're a moron. DSI is not "the same as" Bookmaker. DSI has separate lines from Bookmaker, and among other things, they have entirely different pricing models for baseball. As books go, that's like saying Greek and BetJam are the same book. They do have the same idiot CS, not that that is actually a relevant difference from having separate and equally stupid CS. |

Bookmaker and DSI are two of the few books that I would trust with my money. They deserve the A+ rating.
The reason they are rated so high is because they have a very long history of paying every player that requests a payout.
