Hello, my name is Onofrei andrei and i have a problem with betot.
I have backup proof for all my accusations.
On 5 nov i registered to betot and received from a promotion 30 $ freeplay bonus with a rollover requirment of 15x and 30 days active days until i can get any withdraw.
After a week i completed the rollover requirments and i contact someone at live support asking for some information( just to check if this is worth betting on betot).I understand that they have a maximum payout of 50 $ from that freeplay..I ask him if this is true and he said yes.I ask him if i can make another withdraw beside this and they said that i can make as many as i want or i can make a deposit and after i completed a 6x rollover i can withdraw how much i want.
So i have continued to bet on betot ignoring my other account at different sportsbook.Now after 17 days i have 1130 $( from the 30 $ free play).
and i contacted again live support but now they tell me that i can make a max payout of 50 $ and when i ask them if i can make another withdraw beside that , or if i deposit and make the rollover can i withdraw my money they refused to answer me.I ask them several times but no direct response.
I send them a mail with my concerns but again no answer.
Afetr a while frank and then alex answer my email and they assure me that i can withdraw the rest of my winning just to deposit and make the rollover.
And yesterday i deposited..maek the rollover and now i get another mail from Frank Fennel and he tells me that i cannot withdraw only 50 $..
But i ask them several times if its worth wasting my time here and if i will get my money and they say sure ..and when i want to make a withdraw not they say that i cannot.
Its unbelivable, i was only betting here for over a month..and its all for nothing? I could of bet on my other account instead of betot...
i have the emails beetwen me and betot where they assure me that i can withdraw the rest of my money.

We did make it clear that our maximum payout on our free bonus is $50. As a matter of fact before registering for it, the bettor must agree to the terms of the free account.

then why Alex and frank fennel tell me that i can withdraw it all..i ask them 2 weeks after i registered..
And someone at livesupport tells me that i can make multiple withdraws of 50 $...
I'm angry about wasting my time here..and because i ask if i can withdraw all my money 3 times ..allways the same response .. Ican if i make a deposit
That is what i want to know..and i will send a complain here at sportsbook..
This is unbeliveble....

I still expect a exlinationon why i was informed that i can withdraw all my money if made a deposit..

I allready made a complain on sportsbookreview.com ..maybe they can help me if you dont answer my question and not give me any explination..
