most europe books and pinny offered +13 or +13½ for Germany. I checked Sportbet.com lines and I'm shocked. it was +16½ for Germany 10 minutes before the tipoff. Definitely I tried to take but book doesn't let me because of the line changing. it turned to +15½
then I did not accept to take this bet. (I understand right know that it was a mistake )

I checked 2 minutes before the tipoff which comes to +14½....I mean sportbet lines changed 2 points in 8 minutes. meanwhile all of eurobooks and pinny offer still +13 or +13½

I don't know the sportsbook's opening line but it was +16,5 when I saw it.(before 10 minutes the tipoff). I tried to take a bet but it moves to 15,5 firstly and I checked again it moves to 14,5

what is the reason about 2 point moving in 8 minutes? pinny,greek,asian books and other euro books lines didn't move. more importantly I'm sure that %99 of sportbet customers from US and Canada and this match on AM 8:30 (as Eastern Time) how many americans or canadians may take a bet? (and I guess nobody interested in eurobasket) yhis is not a march madness game. who take a eurobasket bet in US or Canada in the morning ?

Instead of telling me to go away they just wouldn't allow me to deposit via ewallet. Then when I asked why the ewallet wouldn't work for me they told me it was working for everyone else. That's probably exactly the reason. Low volume bet, so one smallish bet is probably enough to have their software move the line.

International hoops is going to be all over the place. Very volatile. Also, with Sportbet they move the vig on a spread heavy sometimes. When everyone is at 3 in NFL you might see -2.5 -123.

Thanks for all comments.... Actually, I have never made a deposit , took some cash from SBR Store with my points. Honesty my aim was a payout after rollover. because I already use a few eurobooks but I decide to continue there because it seems they like offering different lines and that is their style. Maybe that is a good thing for me. I may find +EV lines on eurobasket market.
