[Trinidad]

I requested my first withdrawal 2 weeks ago ($500 USD wired to my bank in Australia) but it did not arrive so I emailed them but did not get a reply. Today I called them and they said they have launched an investigation into my missing withdrawal but it will be at least 2 to 3 weeks before they will be able to let me know anything.

That seems kinda a long time. I guess I will wait for 3 weeks (that will be a total of 5) and see what happens as I am not desperate for the money to arrive.

Thoughts???

Seems a bit excessive to me to wait that long, however your kinda stuck at the moment IMO.
