send a screenshot of your Neteller account ensuring login and password not visible
if they fail to satisfy you after a reasonable time refer the matter to the Isle Of Man regulator
Just look at this guy's previous posts... leads me to think there is more to this story. Probably bonus abuse.
If you're having problems when cashing out at Tipico, Bet365 and 188bet, all established shops which are known to be reliable, you're either too stupid to comply with their simple authentification requirements, or you did something fishy. For example, 188bet normally do not ask for driver's license or e-wallet screenshots.

188bet are a solid shop and they always paid me and 1000s of others. They only give you the runaround if you do anything suspicious or try to cheat them. So either tell the whole story, or shut up.

This is really strange unless it's only part of the story.
188bet is a great bookie and i feel 99.9% safe with them.
188bet has always been highly professional. either bad luck or fishy activity going on. probably high-risk location, too.
Limited to peanuts (10€) on all the sports instead soccer. The funny thing is : in 3 years @12bet never had a problem with the limits and in only 5 months @188bet the limits were decresed to nothing -> STRANGE!
