I requested a payout on Thursday via person to person and was promised same day because I called at 8 AM. I didnt get it so I called Friday morning and was promised it would be done by lunch by Chuck. Didnt happen. I was given the 15% Free Play they give every day your payout is late so I got 135 in FP. David promised it would be done Saturday morning or he would take the cash and send it himself. Didnt happen to no surprise but they did give me another 135 FP for being another day late. Every time I caled and asked for David because he is the boss they tell me he will be there in 2 hours and promise he will call me. Didnt happen. So tonight I wager and hit a little more and will request another payout to keep the heat on. I told them it doesnt matter if you give a player 2000 in Free Play if we cant get a payout. David and Chuck have both told me that the problem has to do with the BetChuckNow accounts. I told Chuck that I sent my deposit directly to him so he can send my payout directly to me. I got the story that he had me send it to him because they have done business with me and trust me. I am losing my trust with them fast. They can still do the right thing and pay me and maybe not lose all my business but I cant send them big deposits if they cant get me a small payout of 900 dollars. I trusted Chuck because he always did right by me so maybe it will get done. I got 3 payouts this week so I didnt lose any of my own cash if they dont pay.

So if I get paid I will keep everybody posted just as I will post any info or any more jerking around. I guess I will also get another 135 in Free Play tomorrow that comes with no rollover. Anybody got any ideas? Maybe I give them until Monday or Tuesday before I file a complaint here and post this in all the other forums. I know if I do that they wont pay but I dont care because I dont need the money. Its the principle. $900 is not alot to me. I just got 200k from BP in a settlement but I still deserve to be paid.

I always trusted Chuck and I still feel like I am going to get paid but why should I have to wait? I have gotten 3 free plays of 135 each because they are 3 days late and they come with no rollover so my balance grows. And now I will request another payout. Why would they not just send the 900 instead of send 2500+? I would rather pay 900 on Friday than 2500 on Monday myself. I am guessing that they are hoping to pay me with some deposits but I would hope they get none until they pay me.

I requested another 900 today and was told by David all morning that I will be paid today. He said is partner Ray and Chuck were going to the bank and then to send funds. I waited all day before I called again. This evening Chuck promised that I would get paid on Wednesday for sure. Something about the processor being set up. I made him go ahead and give me the free play for today and tomorrow as well because the payout is late. Also they had been giving me 15% free play each day they were late with no rollover but the website said 25% so I had them go back and add the 10% for the first few days. So I have gotten over 1400 in free play because of a 900 payout being late. By the time Wednesday gets here the 900 payout will be 5000. Chuck promised that I will get paid and said he would never risk his good name over a measley 900 or 1800. I am not happy at all but I only sent a couple hundred dollars of a payout from another book so its not so terrible. I will keep yall posted.

Any book that offers 1400 in free plays because they cant issue a 900 payout in a timely manner is a sinking ship. betthehook....IMO you shouldnt raise your balance any higher or else the 1% chance you have of being paid will turn to 0% when they see you have a bigger balance. Tell them to forget about all your freeplay winnings and just to send you the 900 and then keep your fingers crossed.

I have run my couple hundred up to 3k and requested 2 payouts totaling 2k. I risked the other 1k on baseball tonight and hope to be pulling 4k out this week. They promised that Ray who is their financial backer has the processor issues all taken care of and we all get paid on Wednesday period. I didnt risk my own money there so its not the end of the world if they dont pay but I do want my winnings. Funny that I have requested 2 payouts from 5dimes in 3 days and revieved them both.
