if you have any issue. which you don´t. the resolution process is very simple. log into our site. go to our players lounge and fill out the sbr arbitration form. its a direct link from our site to sbr and it will verify that you have an account and your are coming from our site. if not keep your false allegation to yourself.

the amount i requested is less than my credit line. therefore i am entitled to a payout
