We visited Heritage today. The book looks a lot different than even a few months ago. The training room was full, they have a new soccer lines department, CS has doubled and they are hiring. They are making big investments to keep levels of service up with quadruple the business while bringing up the wagering menu in line with TheGreek. It looks like BetJam players are going to be pleased this football season. Heritage also told us to expect free payouts per month by different methods come September.

Too often in a takeover you see the book just take whatever players stick and don't adapt so it was goo to see the growth in house to go with the database. How has Heritage been for you compared to BetJam? Heritage wants the feedback, positive and neg.

Been waiting 2 weeks for Heritage to make good on my withdrawal they messed up, or credit my account back. They never contacted me or called me back no matter how many times I reached out to them to let them know about the problems on their end.

I know you guys are looking into it for me, but compared to BetJ and Greek where I was very happy this level of CS is quite poor -- esp as I was already a Heritage customer.

I am also worried about the possibility of ID theft.

Yes, we've had hundreds of questions about what to expect so we were glad to finally get over there and say things are looking good. Of course what matters is the results in September.

Only reason I deposited. Could use more soccer leagues and props, though. At least 2nd divisions of the new countries they're carrying.

Oddly this is actually from BetJam's provider. Mgr. Mike is auditing it to see how one of 3 didn't reach you. He's noted this is the first time this has happened. We'll update you by tomorrow.

Bill: Yea, thats the check company that came over with BetJam players. I'm told they will be as normal. But we wouldnt tell you it can't happen. Every book in that market has had to resend checks in the past.

Thanks, they were unforthcoming with that info when I spoke to them. Also, 2 of the 3 were missing, I only rec'd one....I asked for a check in the first place but that didn't happen either. Never had a problem with BetJ before in many years. {They better know how many were stolen by now...]

I find it odd after 2 verbal promises by Heritage CS to at least email the info within minutes [so I could at least verify if they were cashed elsewhere as they are now alleging] they never did respond at all. Mistakes happen to everyone, but refusing to communicate with a good custy is bad business.

bill your recommendation heritage or Legends ?

Bill: I'd say guest demo their software because they are different styles. Both are known for CS. Legends gets the nod with 33% bonus.

They are not charging 20%. I just called today to ask, and I was told one free payout a month by check, or $70 on a same-day Wallyworld withdrawal of $799.

they arent... you are just repeating things you have heard. I play there regularly.. its not close to 20%

Maybe they can look at 5dimes and pinnacles lines on soccer and adjust a bit from there
