GUYS,

I requested a cash out of $4,700......requested fedex and paid
$50....I waited almost 3 weeks later and don't see anything...So i
called in and the next day Wednesday November 26th i got fedex
tracking, Friday the 28th the check came for only $1700??? They
are $3,000 short...I called in and they said the processor couldn't issue checks higher than 3,000, and will be sending 2 checks separately.....

DO I HAVE ANYTHING TO BE WORRIED ABOUT???

No. They will pay you. Other top books have this issue right now with checks. I mean the 3000 limit thing. The 3 weeks, I don't know thats a long time.

Don't worry about anything.

1.) WSEX always pays. They are an A+ rated book in part because they haven't stiffed anybody in their entire existence. That's why people recommend to play only with the A+ books, so you can rest easy knowing your funds are safe.

2.) The 2 to 3 week waiting time for "courier" checks is normal at the moment. It's usually faster but they're a little slow at the moment. Plan on waiting 3 weeks. However, they definitely could arrive sooner.

I got my check for 1700 on friday...what's reasonable time frame for me to get
the other check before I call them again?

That's pretty common nowadays at Matchbook in regards to the $3,000 max. sir. I truly feel you have nothing to worry about because they will pay you.

i got a fedex from them a few weeks back,requested a check for 5,000,got 1 for 3,000,then 2 or 3 days later the other check came for 2000

Are you saying normal for WSEX or all books, cause i thought the reason for Fedex is getting you check in a couple days not weeks. Whats taking WSEX so long to get the check to Fedex, cause i doubt its Fedex's fault for why the checks are taking so long

I stopped playing with WSEX because of their slow pays and cashing its check at my bank....it took like 3 months to get my fund...first they sent my a 4K check that bounced....then another check....and my freaking bank took 6 weeks to cash a canadian check...

WSEX will pay you....it just take a while...i wish they realize that and do something to improve it...

Good to hear you got paid, but my patience is running thin. If it took that long for FEDEX check to reach you, Im in for a long wait considering I did 2 of them regular mail on 11/8 and one by FEDEX on 11/15....I for the life of me cant understand why an A+ rated book takes so long to pay. People bi*ch about sportsbook.com (rated D-) but I get my withdrawals from them in less than 2 weeks.
