I have recently joined Sports-1 and I was intrigued about the live dealer baccarat casino. I was doing well until the dealers dealt a hand and the system froze and when it came back she was picking up the cards and I could see that by cards on the table she had to draw another card for the banker but she did not making my bet a loss. What do I do in a case like this, if someone can give any advice I would really appreciated it.

This has happened to me over and over the past few days.

One hand I bet $100 she dealt the first 2 cards in a row to me, mixed the cards around and gave me a loss.. If the cards where laid down according to the way she first started laying them its a win, or if she would have done it correctly would have been a win.

Ask to speak to Frank, thanks for coming forward as I was hoping I was not the only one. I'm in discussion as we speak as they offered me a refund on that particular wager.

On the beginning I was wondering "What was the deal with this live baccarat-casino", and found out that is like with real people dealing cards instead interactive.

Thank you for your email, I have looked into your issue, have checked the report and found that you have been credited a refund on the hand in question, please check your account and the report I have attached on the email so you may verify that the sum wagered has been reimburse. I recommend that you register each game number so in an eventuality of a problem we know exactly where to look. When there is a disputed on a hand and there is more than 4 or 5 complaints is very much self explanatory and the problem is resolved immediately in this case go into your account and into Transactions and you will find if you have been credited.

The 3 times it has happened to me, I have yet to see it favor me and give me a win when it should have been a loss. This is important and needs to be resolved.

I am curious on the other hand to hear from other live clients regarding the baccarat table "bankers or players" in a row.. Seems like no matter when I join a game I lose the first 10 games betting one way on the player or banker.. I'm surprised to see I'm not down more.

So far my exprience has been great with these guys, they seem to have it together and my issue was handled promptly. The live chat is very convenient and I have to say I am more than satisfied.
