Default Diamond sportsbook steals all my points!

I have been a customer of Diamond Sportsbook for several years. I had a point balance of over 10,000 points before their website was "seized" by the US Gov't. After figuring out how to get into their website again, and feeling safe to try betting here again, I come to find out that they deleted all my points. I asked them to please reinstate the points and they now refuse, telling me that my account has been "inactive". Putting aside that their website was in limbo and it was not even clear if their sportsbook was continuing to operate, I don't think this is very fair. I put my hard-earned money at risk and earned those points. If they had planned to steal them, they could have at least provided an advance warning and I would have cashed them out or, if reassured enough, played there some more. I know DSI is rated A+ here and this is the only real issue that I have had with them over my several years of play - this is why I find this "stealing of points" very surprising. I know the sportsbooks can do whatever they want and I really have no recourse.

Thank you very much. I have filed out a complaint, and hope that you can help.

That's some BS! They owe those points to you. I'm surprised by them doing this. They have been straight up with me. Although their football re-up bonus sucks.

Here is an update. I talked to a manager over there and she was willing to reinstate my points if I made another deposit. As I was planing to do that anyway, I agreed to do this. I just want to play some football at a place that hopefully will not stiff me if I win, and unfortuantley I don't know of too many places now. I was very surprised that they wiped out my points like this and refused to reinstate, but happy we could resolve it, so ready to move on.

Justin, thank you for your offer of assistance - you can consider this issue resolved (and now just disregard my complaint).

Hey TK, did they give you a definiton of what 'inactive' is?

Also that sounds a little shady to make you deposit before they give you your points back. At least they used a little lube before they stuck it to ya. Sorry to hear this happened, hope I never have to experience anything like this.

They took away points from countless ppl over the years, it's a crappy BM clone.
Just as greedy as they are.

Sleaze move.....Basically making you pay to reaquire points that you had already accumulated at the risk of previous funds.

Glad you got 'em back TK, but their response has basically closed the door personally for me to return to their site, which I was going to do very shortly.....

I was with them for about six months. Within my first two months it seemed I was racking up the reward points easily but the last two months it'd take me forever to earn enough to be eligible to cash in. I'm almost certain they decreased the amount of points I was getting now that I think about it.

There's a betpoints log and you can easily see by comparing it to your bet history.

Same thing here pal. After I cashed out a few times things started changing.

Started seeing some fishy stuff, including other DSI players getting different lines than myself, at the exact same time. We'd refresh and see what the lines were and my lines would be 10 cents off of his almost every time.
