i won 2 bets on betklass. first they check bets and make it 'negative' , after few messages they change it to 'positive'.
in t&c says : 'Before withdrawing any money from your Bonus Account, the amount deposited and the bonus granted have to be staked for at least 2 times.'
i deposit 100 euro , get 100 euro bonus , make bets for 400 euro.
transfer winning from first bet to sport account ( from bonus sport account ) and want to withdraw money. they deducted 100 euro bonus - ok, that what they wrote in t&c.
i want to withdraw money from my second winning bet and they deducted another 100 euro.
so i don't know this bonus - give player 100 euro bonus and deduct 200 euro?
also from about 4 days i wait for response about time of withdraw to moneybookers with no answer.

is this normal with this folks?
any chance to get money back?

I believe it was SBR poster Champi recently had a similar problem with BetKlass. However, I can't remember all the details that surrounded his case at all.

Yes,Withdrawals will take more than 1 week and normally 90% of all bets are settled as negative and if you dont check you lose.
And you need every time to contact to live chat who is active 1-2 hours per week.

i finally contact to live chat , said it is a technical problem with twice bonus deducted - will see tomorrow.
withdrawals more than week - on live chat said the withdrawals to moneybookers are immediately ;-)

Why was your bonus deducted, if you met rollover?

because they put your money to 'bonus sports account' and when you want to withdraw money , must transfer from 'bonus sport account' to 'sport acount'.
and when you transfer they deducted bonus , even if you met rollover - i know this is phuckin stupid but this is in t&c. i didn't know that when i open account because you won't find t&c on site , unless you make deposit there are t&c

edit: ok, they add 100 euro. withdrawal in process.

I joined this bookie looking to take advantage of their 50% welcome bonues for new players, which has the following rollover conditions available for new customers:

"Bonus will be credited in the sports account and it can be withdrawn after it has been staked at least 3 times on accumulator bets with at least 3 events having an odd of 1.50 for every event. Singles and doubles are not included. "

I take from this that the required rollover is 3 times the BONUS. So, I deposited 30?, I received 15? in bonus and I placed a total of 45? in bets. My total balance after this is of 136,25?.

I requested a withdrawal, which after a week of waiting and asking several times was rejected because they say "I haven't met rollover requirements". I told them that the T&C says clearly that rollover applies to bonus funds, but now they simply refuse to reply to my emails any longer.

Why you wrote 3 times one same thread?
You see in discussion above that BeKlass is a SCAM why you play there?

I tried this bookie a few years ago. I waited for a cashout (between 100e-200e) for a few weeks. Wrote them 4-5 emails and talked with their online support many times until finally got my money back.

P.S. I would never make another deposit to this shi*y bookie.
