Canbet.com, a UK online betting company has failed to remove me from their mailing lists. I have tried to remove myself by sending them e-mail, which didn't work. Then I asked them personally in online help to remove me. Even though I was promised to be removed at least five times, the ads are still constantly coming to my e-mail. I have proof (chat transcript) of me requesting to be removed and I have proof with new e-mails, still, to this very day coming to my e-mail.

I attached three jpegs as proof. In the first image you can see the large amount of e-mails I'm getting.

In the second image there is an example of such an e-mail.

In the third screenshot there is transcript (in online help) with canbet.com personnel. Me asking to be removed, and the person helping me saying he will remove me.

Fighting against internet spam is a battle that you will never win. Get better mail filters, as you'll get increasing spam as you use the email address. I get about 100 a day, all gone in two clicks of the mouse without bothering me.

I have the same problem with Sports.com. I asked them via email and live chat to close my account but yet its still open and im still getting emails from them even though it says clearly in there rules that a customer can close his/hers account anytime.

What you're talking about is extremely trivial and will only be a minor, minor factor in a rating.

Ratings are more about financial stability, payout reliability, lines/limits/selection - and rightly so IMO.

I think it is not a problem at all to receive a couple of e-mails from canbet on a monthly basis. You can block e-mails from Canbet or you can simply delete it. It will take a few seconds.
More important is the fact that I received a thousand dollar MB payout in 24 hours last month.

Canbet copy there soccer lines from SBOBet. Canbet have the book percentage higher than SBOBet. Because of this i dont play there anymore, also i dont play at Bet1128 asian handicap betting anymore because they copy 12Bet odds with a higher percentage book.
