They always pay and i haven't heard anyone not getting paid from them, probably just secluded issues with a few people maybe just processor issues.

Depends what you mean, I deposited there and was promised a 100% freeplay, but then after sending the $, they suddenly told me I was not eligible for the bonus after all (AFTER they wasted my time sending the $ and when I couldn't reverse the transaction without eating some reasonable fees). So in my view they still owe me that 100% freeplay - obviously I'm never going to get it, but I would consider that a form of "not paying".

Talk to the guy Sharky on this forum he works for them and will get u that 100% for sure just look on the JustBet threads and PM him, he is a straight up guy and Justbet always listens to him. Sorry your having issues.

Seem very responsive, but i am a long way from asking for a payout so can't help you with that. Before you accept a bonus, get it all in triplicate what they expect from you.

the only person I know of on the forums who had a semi complaint is betthehook and sharky told him to contact him to work another method out and betthehook chooses not too.. i guess he tried a weird method? I dunno but they are an sbr sponsor so sbr would be able to talk to them directly which is nice. and also they offer unlimited wire transfer amounts and checks up to 6k.. also in the payout thread people reported 24hr or less m.g withdrawals.. so im not quite sure where the slowpay complaints are?

just food for thought i guess. I personally have never withdrew there.. but trying to someday

Grind,grind,grind.Bottom line is when you get there,your money will be there.10x option with those lines kinda tough but patience pays off.

We only had one incident with BTH but that has been taken care of, all other payouts are on time. So yes we are paying in timely fashion.
