OK here we go. I opened my JustBet account through SBR for a contest I believe. They called almost everyday asking for a deposit so I bit. Big Jim seemed pretty straight up. On my second deposit they had called again everyday promising 100% bonus again but after I sent the money they would only pony up 50% bonus so I quit playing there. Again the calls for deposits pour in and I tell them all to buzz off until I get the remaining 50% you owe me. I had even been promised by a manager to play the tapes and hear them promise the bonus. That never happened. I gave them the finger but never posted anything about it.
Chapter 2- Sophis Johnson calls all the time asking for a deposit and promisint the same 100% bonus. I tell her the same but she gets me the 50% owed and the manager apologizes 50 times over. I was scared to deposit but sent 500. I completed the rollover at the book and realized they didnt give me my casino bonus as promised. I had to fight for that because it was a few days before I realized it. I dont play casino much. Jay Galloway fought for me after the managers said no a few times and got it done. I never should have had to ask but once. It was part of the deal.
Chapter 3- The Withdrawl. I completed the rollover and requested 2900 and because I didnt want to do several person to person transfers I let the clerk tal;k me into the free payout via courier check and it was to be 7-10 days. After the time passed,I called and then was told it was 7-10 business days. Bullchips. I waited again and after the time passed I called and was told even though I requested the payout and funds were removed from my account they didnt process the payout until a week later. So now they say 7-10 business days from that point. That time period was up today and guess what? Still no payout. Also still no tracking number. Frank says its very rare that this happens and they are sorry. But he still cant say when the payout will be here.
It seems to me all the crap with JustBet is not RARE at all. Read the forums here and at Covers and they are litterd with stories of lies and deciept from this book. I really wanted this to be a good book because we are running out of options. 5Dimes is a great book for options but bonuses suck and Tony is an ass. Bookmaker and DSI are good but bonuses suck too. Never payout problems there though at either book. BetOnline isnt too bad but they make alot of mistakes with deposits and withdrawls and its NEVER their fault of course. So right now I am really liking BetIslands alot. Ryan is on his game and goes out of his way to make sure you dont miss your action even if you cut it close on time with your deposit. I really really miss my VIP.com right now.
STAY AWAY FROM JUSTBET. Its really for the best. I have given then multiple chances and they cant get it right. I have played everywhere over the last 18+ years and its getting bad. 5Dimes,Bookmaker,BetIslands,and Carib are about all thats left if you dont want to deal with crap. I may try the new book Chuck is opening too. Sorry this is so long but it needed to be thorough.

Yeah they are good to some players. I am sure they love the guys whose accounts are not winning accounts. You can find just as many bad posts here from players as good ones. Hell there are a few in my other thread that are about JustBet and the thread isnt even about them. They are not the worst book out there by far but they owe me money which they do not deny. They just keep stalling. There is no other side to hear. They agree to all the facts and only apologize and say to keep watching for the payment because they dont know when its gonna be here. Its kinda rediculous. I would never treat my customers like this. I own two thriving businesses and never keep a customer waiting because that makes them restless and they walk.

Also its kinda bad that I can give them there deposit in less than an hour but they cant get my check to me by courier in over 3 weeks. You could mail a check to Japan from the US and back faster through snail mail. I know they will eventually pay. Just tell me the truth and not a different lie every few days when I follow up on the prior lie.

Sad, but true. Books who treat anyone who happens to win terribly are not good books imo. You will get royal treatment from almost any book as long as you are in the red so those players who fit that description, well them saying how great a book is frankly really doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things.

But books who will treat both winning and losing players the same are the ones to look towards - those who understand the concept that "gambling" means that sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, even if you're the house. I'm afraid JustBet clearly doesn't fit that description based on the way they treated myself and Bet the Hook.

Pretty much the only shop that continues to call me fairly regularly, attempting to entice me with re-up bonuses, etc. Extremely vanilla lines from what I remember, so I'm in no hurry to redeposit.....

had same chit happen to me there almost exact hate that place crokkssss add the misgrades on props during march madness had 22 misgrades on prop over a month was on live chat all the time i can understand misgrades it happens but this is fishy was alllllllllllll winners to losers never 1 the other way

the best thing u could do for urself and to solve the matter would be to file an sbr review / complaint and they will get it worked out for u.. besides that im not sure how to have ur problem solved.. but it does sound unique (in a bad way).. i have never heard of this happening before and know more than 5 people who have cashed out there. so I hope the issue gets resolved bud

This is I believe the first payout complaint I see in many months, too bad you couldn't get a hold of me, I could have done the same to you as I have done for many other guys in here. Get your concern solved. It seems that before you even thought about it you would go and vent about something that maybe could have just been completed by now.

I never get called and never have trouble with ins and outs.Think it depends on which account manager you have.I did alot of research off the forum before selecting the one I deal with.JustBet is okay,if they added overnights they'd see alot more action which maybe they just don't want.

I have called the book a half dozen times and always get the runaround. I know I will eventually get paid but NONE of the promises I ever get from the book to get deposits have even been given without having to fight for it. Why offer if youre gonna make the player beg. I hoped yall were gonna be as good as alot of people have bragged that you were. I need a great book for football but this is bad. It also seems that I am not an isolated case of this stuff either. Maybe yall are having growing pains or something. The last 2 times I called I spoke with Jay Galloway and Frank but still waiting on check. I will PM you and see what happens.

Actually got the checks today. It was in my mailbox rather than a courier truck but I dont care. They split the 2900 up over 6 money orders instead of a check but thats OK too. I am glad JustBet came through. I requested the payout on July 12th and got it on August 1st. Thanks for getting my funds.
