Indeed, but I don't think they request this from everybody. There must be a reason for this.

We hope you get your money,but as someone said before there is more to this story 99%.
Maybe they dont have best odds in industry but they are fair as it can be and having money at this shop is same as have it in bank.

friend of mine has been a customer of Bet365 for over 5 years and on occasions withdraws a large amount every 2-3 months,never has had an issue.

Hello, to request payment in the bookmaker Bet365.com documents they have asked me.

I have sent the verification letter that they sent me by mail.

I sent them my identity card.

Subsequently, I have requested a photo holding the national identity and a screenshot of my moneybookers account.

Today, after no response in weeks to my last e-mail I decided to talk to them in chat. They've taken off my balance (220 €) because according to this I breached the rules.

I have complied with all terms and conditions and send them only after all required documentation decide to remove the balance without warning or answering e-mails.

I just withdrew $7500 last week. Biggest ever so i was a little concerned. Not even an issue, three days it was in my bank account.
