Not really sure what exactly happen here accept for the fact that they closed your account, apparently for no reason according to the above. Please feel free to fill out a complaint form with all of your details and one of us will inquire to them on your behalf to find out what happen.

there´s no need to fill out the SBR complaint form because SBR can´t help you.

All SBR want is some traffic for their advertising buissenes.

Stan James of course is not the best european book (just like bet365) to be with.

But when they closed your account (which they never done to me) something strange things must be happened

Guess it all depends on personal experience, Moonbeam.....I had a major, major issue with a book that had my 5 figure balance in limbo, and without the assistance of SBR I often wonder if I would have ever had the issue resolved. So from my perspective, I would encourage Tommy to continue to seek assistance here.....
