Anyone can say they're the best and you can't force them to take it down.

However, saying you're SBR-recommended or approved when you're not is quite different.

think bout how many companies u walk into and they have BBB (Better Business Bureau) plaque from 2001/2002/2003 and then its 2011 and yet they arent falsely advertising.. or like a AAA (Triple A ) Recommended sign or some other insurance or group who recommends them in a previous year.. Or like a Doctor or Lawyer has A BAR award or a 1999 Academy of Medicine and Science Award. They dont have to take down the plaque because its not 1999 anymore.. SBR recommended them at one point.. so they can keep the sign up. really thats as far as it goes imo.

and i am in no way defending betphx... i just think sbr has nothing they can do nor would waste time on because technically what betphx is doing isnt wrong.

I disagree. If they said "SBR-recommended 2009-2010", that would be accurate. You can't claim to be endorsed when you're simply not.

Places that have plaques like that have a date, so anyone can see.
