188bet is a good place to bet in. Yes eli, there's minimum limits but that depends on your depositing methods. I think its $50 USD or equivalent if you are going to deposit through bank transfer but I think its much less if you do it through Moneybookers or other online wallets. There's no limit to the maximum. The stake limits depends on the event's market, but generally you are going to find out they are higher than most other books.

Withdrawing wait time depends on the withdrawing method. They work on an acceptable time frame, in my opinion.
