    Default Latest Word From WSEX

    Dear xxxxx,

Thank you again for your continued understanding, patience and your concerns. They have been noted and taken into consideration with the strategic procedure for completing outstanding request. I am really not ecstatic that I have to ask you to give us some more time. We do appreciate you as a client and would hate to lose someone as committed as you are. I will continue to do everything that I can, working along with the processors to get something out to you as soon as our financial upgrades are completed. This could take a bit longer than a week. I am regretting that I am unable to give you a more concrete date for shipment, but definitely I will have a better idea with every passing week. Do continue to voice your concerns and queries, and I will be very happy to address them with humility and understanding for everything we have put you through. Please expect to hear from me again by July 14, 2011.

    Regards,

I specifically remember Maria as she is the one who got my final $3,000 withdrawal processed from WSEX in 2009.

While everyone else was probably ripping her head off, I knew she had nothing to do with the delay and was as courteous as I possibly could be and she wound up processing my last withdrawal request (probably way ahead of others who were waiting).

Its amazing how a top draw site like WSEX could get so bad so quickly.

I was always partial to CS Judy. She holds more power

any book which doesn't maintain it's players funds separately from it's own but uses them to pay the rent, wages and leasing costs etc will end up like this

this is where the SBR book ratings fall down if they don't ensure that they are properly accounting for player funds .. and from reading what they look at that is a glaring omission

This is like the Dodgers going into bankruptcy. A great, proud, storied franchise ruined by horrible mismanagement.

Same story I get from Phoenix and Jazz. Maybe those books should be closer to D.

It's sad that these CS reps are put in this difficult position of having to try to calm down justifiably irate clients while the owners sit back and don't have to deal with any of it. Not sure how long I could work like that. =

Got an email similar to this one. They owe me 4k. Ridiculous.

Unfortunately, I'm like many in these WSEX threads. Just curious, some of you have received some partial payments and or at least a glimmer of hope with regard to some settlements. What methods are you using, calling or emailing WSEX all the time or contacting someone directly? I just spoke to them about my 3 o/s max payouts from over a year ago and got no encouragment at all. Thanks for any feedback.

If everyone knew the way than "that" way would dry up also $bookers> check

Seemingly higher amounts owed are on the bottom of their payout list. IF I still had an active account there I'd try the angle of building a relationship with one of the CS reps. Sure they will lie to you over and over, but depending on how badly you need the money I'd just play the game be courteous and act like you believe what they're selling you. Then follow up over and over with exact quotes on what each CS rep said. This worked for me. I personally prefer Judy, as she holds power on when money gets released. She can lie with the best of them though. Good luck!

called this week. was told to call back next week.may have more information. also was told that they plan on being able to pay all my outstanding payouts by the end of september. i have about $5000 coming. so i guess they plan on using football deposits to pay people like everyone thinks. but at least they are still paying out something. wish they could straighten this ship. would love to be playing there regularly without worry of slow pay. if they are out there watching these threads---pay rickysteve he has been owed the longest and the most,i think. if he says he got all his money, that would say alot, i would go back to playing at wsex regularly.

WSEX was one of my favorite books. Now, I pity the poor bum who plays at that slowrolling, classless joint. What a tragedy. They spent the better part of 2 decades cultivating a tremendously respectable reputation, only to desecrate their own legacy in a short time.

    Don't be a fool.
IF they do manage to pay him it will only be using the funds deposited by mugs who don't know the score at WSEX.
Come the end of the NFL season there'll again be no money to pay back those wanting to withdraw.

maybe not. they will make money. if they can get the oldest biggest owed players payed up, i think i would go back. they have not given up yet. and i haven't given up on them. not just yet. they may come back from the dead. they could have kept everythnig from last years deposits and closed up. they paid people. thay are trying to get back to what they were. people in this forum start saying they got paid, maybe more and more people will deposit, and more people get paid, and more people deposit, and more people get paid. everyone loves this site---when they pay.

Damn. I hope everyone eventually gets paid.

One thing I don't understand is how they continue to operate. They must be running with a real skeleton crew. I imagine their revenue must be way, way down. Only the truly clueless would deposit there.

In a more civilised environment they'd have been forced to close and their operators would be facing court for continuing to trade whilst insolvent.
