I have already done a complaint form but thought others should be warned against using this sportsbook.

I took up the 50% deposit bonus up to 50 euros, I done all the wagering as set out in their T&Cs (all on their sportsbook) and built up a balance of 539 euros, I made a withdrawal request 10 days ago and still no money. I also have sent 2 e-mails since Friday morning both of which have been ignored.

I'm just assuming that your documentation was in order or did you have to send it in after your original withdraw request?

When I withdrew I sent them identification via e-mail, they confirmed they got this but never sent me an email to say it was verified.

The only email I have had off them is to say they were have technical difficulties with moneybookers (yeah right ) and to say it take up to 7 days.

That could actually be true sir. Stryyke might not have enough funds in their moneybookers account to process your withdraw request.

I gathered that, however I don't believe that is my problem, they shouldn't be advertising to withdraw to moneybookers if they don't have the funds.

Whats most annoying is they are completely ignoring me.

They are focused on european markets. So why should they not have enough funds in their moneybookers account?

I filled in a complaints form after waiting about 10 days, should I do it again?

I finally got an email off them to say my payout is high priority so hopefully they sort it soon. Still difficult to believe them though.

An update:

Waited 3 weeks for moneybookers, asked them to send me the money via bank transfer a week ago which they agreed and still nothing.

4 weeks in total now

Be careful using this book they must be struggling a bit financially if they can't afford to put money in moneybookers to pay people.

I've got the same problem. Still haven't received money since withdrew them in 16-Nov-2008. Wrote a few e-mails, the last of them were ignored, at the end of November they told me that they will proceed my request and I'll get my money till the end of November, the deadline - first days of December, but no money though... The reason of such a delay as they told me - a lot of money withdrawals and they don't have enough time to proceed them. Hope on your co-operation, have already filled the complaint form! Also send them my ID and they received it, no problem with my account.

Hello! Thank you! I have already filled and send this form. If something wrong with it or you need an additional information, please let me know. They answered on my e-mail today, the answer was as usual:
"We apologise that the payout took so much time and please accept my apologise, as we fully understand the frustration that such payout delay can cause. But be sure we will proceed with your withdrawal as soon as possible."
And I'm not the only one who is waiting for his money... Thank you again!

I would like to thank SBR team! After I filled and send the complaint form and received an e-mail from Josh that he contacted Stryyke I received an e-mail from Stryyke that my withdrawal was proceeded on the next day! Received money today, thank you!

Has ordered payment into the bank account and on Moneybookers 18.11.2008, but money has not come till now. Letters answered at first that at them technical problems, then told that many payments, and now and at all do not answer!

Maybe they are really having problems with Moneybookers. I just want to know the processing time for the verifcation of documents? it's just weird why styyke's verification process takes weeks some asian bookies only has 2 days verification and a maximum of 3 days for the processing of your money. they are a good book.. I ain't aadvertsing their book or something.. I'm just a happy customer of them.. anyway, good luck to cappers our there having problems with their book. wish you all the best

Breezy, I have read a few other complaints about this book rather recently on some forums other than SBR. So I can completely understand where Tom is coming from in regards to not returning to play there.

Hello! Ordered payment on Web$ 4.01.09 at a rate of 402,4 Euro. Has passed 3 (!!!) weeks, and till now I have not received money. Many times addressed in Stryyke support.They have answered that at them technical problems. Then they have answered that at them technical problems with Web$ and many orders for payment on Web$. On last letter of the answer is not present. ID sent them 4.01.09 and they have confirmed their reception. No problems with an account are present.
