Exclamation Most Matchbook players report payment, feedback wanted here

Matchbook (SBR rating B-) executives tell us that nearly all payouts have been confirmed as received by former US players. Please share your feedback in this thread. If you'd prefer to do so privately, email SBR at help@sportsbookreview.com.

Additionally, Matchbook confirms all pending futures will settle and be paid as normal upon their natural conclusion.

Just received an email that I need to send a copy of my ID as well as 2 utility bills to them...is this normal and has anyone else received the email? I haven't confirmed with live chat yet but the email was sent to my junk box from compliance@matchbook.com.

I recieved most of my money. However, they stole $35 that was disguised as a transaction fee. If they would have let me do a B2B transfer, I would not have encountered any fees. That logic escaped them as they tried to explain why they had to charge the fee. How can they justify charging clients a transaction fee on a transaction that THEY forced?

I agree that the fee is unfair but it would appear that the logic which has escaped you is that allowing a US player to send funds to another book would be seen as facilitating illegal offshore gambling.

It didn't seem to bother them when they accepted my funds.

the $35 fee for a withdraw I did not request or want leaves a bad taste on top of the disappointment of losing my main book. This should be forever be a negative in their "permanent record".

As I reported here several times, I was sent my balance within 3-4 weeks of the change of ownership and I know numerous others who were also paid in that same time frame.

Same here. In addition to the $35 MB charge, my CC hit me with a similar charge. Further, I never use my CC for gambling, so I resent them forcing me to use it to collect (or else try to recover from some Antiguan government agency). Plus I had to send my CC info to them via unsecured email--how fukking stupid is this new management?

The big advantage to using MB was all the money you saved betting (little vig) and collecting (nine dollar checks for regular mail delivery). They pissed all their goodwill away with the way they left the US market. Fukking disgraceful.

I lost $105 all together, between Matchbook's initial fee, and all the intermediary wire fees involved, and my own bank's fees for incoming wires. Very poorly executed.

Processing disguised payments to return balances sent for online gambling is 100% following the law!

    QQPalladium, for what sport?

We are doing 3-4M/day for baseball and it is inter-league (traditionally lower volume)

Tennis and Soccer markets been growing everyday and we are soon to launch some new product improvements which is going to grow Matchbook even further.
