And requested a payout via Courier on the 20'th and we are on the 29th and nothing..but I am not surprised when you go with mediocre books such as this book this is what happens. Why is it when I requested a payout from The Greek or BetJam or 5Dimes then I usually had it in my possession 2 days later 4 at the max but these awful books taking your money they can take fast but when it comes time to receive your money boy do they take their pretty time.

It seems part of your payout was sent to you via person2person which you already picked up and the remaining portion was sent to you via money orders that should be arriving this week. CS has tracking numbers in case you want to call 1-800-274-8313 and get those.

and it only gets worse it turns out that it was delivered last week on the 23rd and my neighbor signed for it and forgot to give it to me..Why is it so hard to do like all good books to provide a tracking # when one is available so I could have been on top of this...this is very much inexcusable and really shows why you guys are not a top book with such comunication

So I was able to confirm that the money orders were sent and delivered, unfortunately now by reading this, your neighbor signed off for you and forgot to give you the money orders.

Yes, your right with the part of not being able to provide the tracking numbers, but far from that, they were delivered before the time frame given normally and we did our part, which was getting you paid.

honestly i never heard of anyone "staying home" to get a check from a book. but whaetver.. u simply could have asked the book a day or two after u requested... also if u have an agreement with ur neighbor to sign for ur goods for u, then i suppose its somewhat his fault for not letting u know he took a package for u a week ago. but in any case u were paid so most of us will move on, as im sure u will.

Yeah some of these places don't always give tracking #'s, so to be upset with them for your neighbor being an idiot is just wrong. But they should have known if it was delivered or not.
