Is anyone else having problems with BetPhoenix.

My requests for a transfer of my balance funds are being ignored.


Rumours in Costa Rica are that the Soccer Dept has been closed, staff are being sacked and have not been paid.


Any help?

I have heard the rumors too of employees not getting paid.

rumours that the soccer dept has ceased, came from an old collegue who worked there until the end of the soccer season and then was giving his marching orders.

Not ready to file a complaint yet, but getting paid has been a real issue.

I've been trying to withdraw my balance for about a month, so far I've withdrawn half of it in pieces. They keep wanting to pay me with WUs of which I've taken a few but they cost more than Bank transfers or moneybookers which they are trying very hard to avoid.

So....the original poster is being paid by whom? Does he have a trust fund that is being paid by all competing books? If not, I fail to understand the laughing emoticons... IMO, Betphoenix is a ticking time bomb. Enjoy paying to find out when exactly it goes off.

I think the laughs are over the OP claiming that rumors in Costa Rica and his "friend" who works at BP tell him that their "soccer department" has been shut down. BP does not have a "soccer department".

The bad news is that the "soccer department" is indeed no more. The good new is that none of their employees were let go--they were transfered to the "tennis department".
